Automotive Finance Manager

Our dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to oversee finance and insurance operations and drive profitable sales. This role includes full control of the F&I process from application to closing.

Responsibilities

• Control all aspects of the finance and insurance process.
• Complete applications, pull credit scores, fill out sales contracts, determine payoff amounts, perform title checks, manage contracts‑in‑transit, funding, and digital menu selling.
• Act as the primary F&I manager, ensuring compliance with dealer policies and regulations.
• Communicate with co‑workers and customers clearly and professionally.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• At least a few years of dealership finance manager experience.
• Highly skilled in finance and insurance management.
• Proficient with CDK, Route ONE, E‑Lead, and other F&I tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
