Job summary

Capital Auto Sales in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) with a minimum of 5 years of finance experience and strong knowledge of secondary lenders. You will lead a team, contract new business, and drive F&I product sales to maximize dealership profitability.

Ideal candidates will train new talent, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing paperwork and lender approvals for financed and leased deals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verifiy paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
