Job summary

DCH Freehold Toyota, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll help customers choose protection packages, secure financing, and build strong lender relationships to get the best terms.

This full-time role reports to the General Sales Manager, requires Saturday availability, and offers a base salary plus commission with total rewards from $111,000 to $303,500 annually.

Qualifications

• Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience
• Must be in a current Finance role in the Auto or RV industry.
• Polished and professional communicator
• Proven track record with the ability to provide current performance metrics
• Strong CSI
• Attention to detail and efficient CIT
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer proficiency
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.
• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.
• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.
• Participate in store meetings, work with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately.
• Assist Sales Team with customer engagement and follow-up in the sales department during peak traffic times

We offer a package ranging from $111,000 to $303,500 annually, structured with a base salary plus commission.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
