Job summary

Advanced Dealer Solutions in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced F&I/Business Manager to handle a high-volume F&I department with strong ethics and sales focus. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver a compliant F&I experience while presenting offerings clearly and ethically.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of F&I management or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
