Advanced Dealer Solutions in Novi, MI is seeking an experienced F&I/Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong work ethics, sales acumen, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver compliant, customer-focused financing experiences.

You will manage high-volume F&I processes, present offerings ethically, ensure deals comply with laws, and prepare paperwork promptly while tracking contracts and securing funding in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an F&I manager role or similar.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience.
• Present consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner.
