Job summary

BMW of Des Moines seeks an Automotive F&I Manager to support customer demand and dealership operations. You will answer calls, route inquiries, and ensure timely messages while maintaining a welcoming reception area and showroom.

The position requires 1+ years in customer service or related roles, a team-oriented mindset, and comfort with dealership systems. Open availability, including evenings/weekends/holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, retail, automotive, or related role.
• Ability to learn new technology and dealership systems.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and communicate requests promptly.
• Identify customer needs and connect customers with the appropriate dealership resource.
• Page employees and relay messages accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer service and administrative activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and showroom.
• Follow established customer service, telephone, privacy, and confidentiality procedures.
