Snap-on is seeking an Equipment Sales Specialist to sell John Bean equipment into automotive service facilities, dealerships, and collision centers. The role emphasizes senior sales skills, training demonstrations, and pipeline development within a defined territory.

You will quote prices, prepare proposals, and optimize customer satisfaction while collaborating with service teams to deliver cohesive experiences. A base salary plus commission supports growth in a high-demand market.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive service equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to Snap-on equipment (John Bean).
• Generate sales within the assigned territory.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct site surveys.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through calls and canvassing.
• Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with field service teams to deliver a cohesive experience.
• Facilitate equipment training and demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain relationships with Snap-on franchisees and drive brand awareness.
• Resolve customer concerns with professional courtesy and escalation when needed.
• Analyze territory potential, track sales, and report to management.
