Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices on-site. You will train customers, support scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, diagnostic skills, and strong customer service in a field operations setting. On-site work and local travel may be required with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with 12-volt DC systems is preferred.
• Experience with diagnostics, multimeter testing and circuit analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours and communicate with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
