You will blend hands-on technical work with customer service in automotive and electrical environments. The role requires 1 year in a customer-facing role, ability to train customers, perform calibrations, log files, and coordinate with regional operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Training is provided to ensure success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours (≤ 40 hours/week) and communicate with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
