Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in 12-volt DC systems and vehicle electronics.
• Experience with wiring, diagnostics, and vehicle electronics.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to provide phone support.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support.
• Make reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform inventory audits and support regional operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with vehicle transfers as needed.
