Midas is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead automotive and general service operations. You will direct technicians, ensure quality service, and drive customer satisfaction while managing cost controls and inventory.

This role emphasizes leadership, P&L awareness, and a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate has 3 years in automotive repair leadership, supervisory experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in store or service manager role or equivalent leadership experience.
• General automotive knowledge and strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic internet skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• As a Midas Store Manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and build computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train team while aligning with the company vision and values.
• Oversee all sales, accounting and clerical functions from Service Advisors.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.
• Maintain inventory counts.
