Qualifications

Basic level automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Typing speed around 25 WPM.
Strong attention to detail in documenting cases.
Clear written and spoken communication, including professional grammar.
Ability to follow SOPs and process guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to OEM dealership technicians from Farmington Hills, MI.
Diagnose software issues related to vehicle modules and systems.
Assist in the escalation process with OEM technical support centers.
Respond to dealers promptly and document information accurately in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with OEM Level 2/3 engineers for repair guidance and with related Client departments.
