Job summary

Hcl-America-Solutions-Inc in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a Process Associate for the Virtual Automotive Diagnostic Support team. You will diagnose software modules and vehicle networks, assisting OEM dealership technicians from the Farmington Hills office, with a steady schedule and opportunity to grow within a Fortune 500 company.

You will provide initial responses, use OEM diagnostic tools and repair manuals, and coordinate with engineering for complex cases.

Qualifications

Able to work shifts within our hours of operation: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET (incl. Saturday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET)
Basic automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and typing ~25 WPM
Multitasking in a fast-paced digital environment
Attention to detail in capturing case information digitally
Clearcommunication with customers and strong writing skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide initial response to dealers, acknowledging the issue
Leverage OEM remote diagnostic tools and knowledge articles
Provide a solution to dealers and technicians over the phone and through a ticketing portal
Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution for technicians
Coordinate with OEM Level 2/3 engineering and other departments for repair guidance
Escalate issues impacting SLA and targets in a timely, professional manner
