Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and displays.
• Monitor inventory with stock counts, scan outs, reconcile discrepancies, replenish stock.
• Oversee revenue and price changes, update pricing labels and signage as required.
• Manage implementation of playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safe work environment for customers and employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product searches and inquiries.
• Support front-end operations by processing transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate store equipment and assist across departments when needed.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to stay current with company standards.
