Jiffy Lube in Cypress, TX is seeking an Automotive Customer Service Advisor to guide customers through their visits and perform basic maintenance tasks. No automotive experience is required—we provide training and a strong career path in customer care and automotive services.

You'll interact with customers, explain services, and make recommendations while maintaining a high-energy, safety-conscious environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles.
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations.
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements).
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
