Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Covington, GA to manage customer demand, order fulfillment, and delivery performance for OEM customers. You will serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time while supporting operational expectations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain, customer service, logistics in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with OEM customers preferred (Zoox, Rivian, Nissan, Stellantis, Honda).
• Experience in a Just-in-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM customer accounts.
• Review 12-week and 14-day forecasts, EDI (830/862) and POs to ensure accurate order processing in SES.
• Coordinate production priorities with internal operations and communicate shipment status.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate shipments to meet delivery commitments.
• Track delivery performance and resolve issues with carriers.
