Formación

• Customer Service experience required.
• Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Automotive Industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages customer accounts and communications for all assigned customers.
• Enters in manual orders, coordinates expedites, and adjusts orders as necessary.
• Coordinates domestic and international shipments and prepares related documents.
• Maintains current work instructions for customers and monitors performance metrics.
