Qualifications

• At least one prior role with strong customer service experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be prompt and courteous in all interactions.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and genuine interest in helping customers.
• Solid computer skills and comfortable with software/systems.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up for service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers who have not returned for scheduled maintenance.
• Reschedule missed or canceled appointments.
• Send appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Follow up after appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with every customer.
