You will present maintenance options with price estimates, coordinate with the service team, update clients on progress, and help maintain a high CSI.

Responsibilities

Schedule service for customers, either in person or over the phone, to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems with their vehicle.
Discuss schedule maintenance with cost and time estimates.
Greeting clients.
Effective walk around of the customer's vehicle.
Ensure that required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
Product knowledge and safety.
Communicate with technicians, team leader, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
Update clients with the status of the vehicles accordingly.
Accept full responsibility from start to finish by providing an exceptional client experience to drive brand loyalty.
Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Perform other duties as assigned by the Quick Lane manager.
