Job summary

Tracy VW is seeking an experienced individual for high‑volume contract handling in Tracy, CA. The role requires at least 2 years of contract processing experience and the ability to manage vehicle sales documents accurately and on time.

You will collect vehicle receivables, respond to customer inquiries, and submit warranty documentation while coordinating with the Controller to maintain schedules and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Must be detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Must be able to follow very specific deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
