Qualifications

• Automotive industry knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.
• Full-time availability and 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all car deals daily.
• Review incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax for accuracy.
• Pull warranties and gaps for processing including cancellations.
• Process payoffs on trades promptly, including differences.
• Handle rollbacks, postings, and reconciliations.
• Maintain clean schedules and support other duties as assigned.
