Norm Reeves Honda, Vista is seeking a Contracts Clerk to efficiently process all contract-related paperwork for new and used vehicle purchases. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes accuracy and timely communication to support dealership operations.

You will review incentives, rebates, and taxes, pull warranties and gaps, process payoffs on trades, and post deals, while maintaining a guest-service mindset to ensure customers leave satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience.

Formación

• Automotive industry knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.
• Full-time availability and must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location: Vista, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $24+ (Depending On Experience)

As a Contracts Clerk, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda, Vista. You will be responsible for efficiently processing all contract-related paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication.

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Clerk with automotive experience and a guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

What You’ll Do

• Process all Car Deals daily
• Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in deal
• Pull warranties and gaps from the deal for processing including cancellations
• Process all Payoffs on trades as soon as possible, including any payoff differences
• Process and follow all necessary steps for rollbacks
• Posting Deals
• Reconcile
• Clean Schedules
• Other duties, as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry mandatory
• Proficiency in Computers- Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets
• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
