Patterson Autos Group in Tustin, CA, seeks an Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join the accounting team. If you have extensive automotive contract billing experience and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities include processing contracts, ensuring lender compliance, and coordinating with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday schedules.

Qualifications

• Automotive contract billing experience required.
• Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills.

• Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts.

• Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records.
• Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments.

The Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25 and $36.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
