Job summary

Manheim is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales by maintaining accurate records and coordinating with multiple teams to keep transactions on track. You will enter vehicle data in AS400, manage files, respond to inquiries and help prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer support, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth sales operations from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and handle inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vehicle information, VINs, condition reports, pricing and inventory in AS400.
• Keep physical and digital vehicle files up to date and accurate.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs and prepare vehicles for sales.
• Review data, investigate discrepancies, confirm sale eligibility and provide inventories reports.
• Prepare run lists, support sale-day operations and invoice/reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a culture of safety.
