Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist them when they arrive at the collision center
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers regarding basic repair and appointment information
• Direct customers to collision estimators, service personnel, and appropriate departments
• Assist with customer check-in and vehicle drop-off procedures
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties
• Scan, file, organize, and maintain collision repair paperwork
• Assist with insurance and repair documentation as needed
• Help coordinate customer transportation and vehicle pickup information
• Communicate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and management
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
• Assist management with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
