Job summary

Diehl Collision of Bellevue in Bellevue, PA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers after an accident or vehicle damage. You will answer questions, coordinate appointments, assist with paperwork, and keep customers informed throughout the collision repair process.

Diehl Collision of Bellevue is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing collision center team. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will often be the first point of contact for customers following an accident or vehicle damage. You'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by answering questions, coordinating appointments, assisting with paperwork, and keeping customers informed throughout the collision repair process.
