As a Collections Specialist at defi SOLUTIONS, you’ll be a key member of our Universal Support Team, thriving in a dynamic, high-volume contact center environment. Key Responsibilities

• Handle account-related customer service tasks efficiently
• Manage ACH transactions accurately
• Provide clear payoff quotes to consumers and dealers
• Update account details, including signers and beneficiaries
• Engage in soft collections for accounts 45 days past due
• Create and negotiate repayment schedules
• Use skip tracing tools to locate customers and update info
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Collections licensing (paid for by defi SOLUTIONS)
• At least 1-year experience in a high-volume contact center
• Proven remote work experience with reliable internet
• Effective communication skills
• Alignment with company core values

Additional Details

• No travel required
• Full-time, 40 hours/week, varying shifts
