The Collections Specialist will:

• Provide excellent customer service and accurately record patient information
• Assist with account resolution, communicate account details, offer solutions, and establish payment plans
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Use various computer programs and meet individual performance metrics

Work from home requirements:

• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (at least 20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi/hotspots not supported
• Technical requirements must be met before training
• Residence in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Equipment provided by us
