Job description

Mercor is seeking experienced Claims Adjusters (Auto) with deep knowledge of auto insurance claims and workflows to join an exciting project with a cutting-edge AI company working at the intersection of insurance and artificial intelligence.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to help train and evaluate AI models focused on automating and enhancing insurance claims workflows. You’ll work directly with structured documents, conduct detailed reviews, and apply your knowledge of the insurance world to real-world use cases. This is a flexible, remote position, with an expected commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

You’re a good fit if you have:

Experience working as a Claims Adjuster at a U.S.-based auto insurance firm.

Strong understanding of insurance workflows.

Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with document review platforms or insurance tech tools

Understanding of AI tools or interest in working on cutting-edge legal technology

More Details About the Role:
