This is a full-time, remote position.

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Automotive for our growing team. In this role, you will work remotely and be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating vehicle repair costs to determine coverage and liability. You will handle inbound calls to assess coverage based on contracts and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities include:

1. Answering inbound calls
2. Providing information about claim processing and explaining contract coverage and terms
3. Establishing, reviewing, and authorizing claims accurately
4. Entering claim and contract information into the system

A home office package will be provided, including two monitors, a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
