About the Role

Were looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our remote team. This is a client-facing, high-impact role focused on building relationships, educating business owners, and helping pet professionals protect their livelihoods. You'll manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for business growth-all while collaborating with a team that truly loves what they do.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage new and existing client accounts in the pet service industry

- Provide insurance education and advice tailored to client needs

- Conduct regular policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities

- Assist with claims questions, billing issues, and endorsement requests

- Input new leads and maintain accurate records using our CRM and AMS systems

- Collaborate with our close-knit team to ensure top-tier service and retention

- Help identify and follow up on referral opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Active P&C License (Required)

- Experience in sales or client service roles in the insurance industry

- Comfortable working remotely and managing your time independently

- Proficiency with CRM and AMS platforms-we use Agency Zoom and HawkSoft (training provided)

- Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, and computer skills

- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and drive to help the agency grow

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
