Job summary

Factory Motor Parts seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow relationships with Distributor, Fleet and New Car Dealer Channel accounts in the Minot area. You will manage existing customers, identify new opportunities, and drive profitable growth through hands-on account development.

You will coordinate product offerings, craft service levels, and train customers and internal teams to maximize value. Travel and field presence are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in automotive parts channels.
• Proven ability to cold call and develop new accounts.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop Distributor/Fleet/New Car Dealer Channel accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales and GP% budgets through cross-functional collaboration.
