Job summary

Sunset Auto Family in Sumner, WA is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to manage billing for car deals and related bookkeeping tasks. You will prepare invoices, process payoffs, and coordinate with banks to obtain lien releases.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of balancing large volumes, and able to work independently or with a team. Prior automotive billing experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately billing out car deals.
• Process payoffs timely and efficiently
• Remit and account for services pruchased
• Prepping accounts for payments & verifying data in system
• Breaking down and Costing deals
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
