Job summary

AutomotiveBiller in Florida is seeking an experienced accounting professional to post journal entries, reconcile schedules, and manage lien payoff checks for dealer deals. You will review paperwork and ensure accuracy across post, payoff, and payment processes.

Candidates should have strong Excel skills and experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite and CDK. Weekend overtime availability is required to support month-end close and deal processing.

Qualifications

• Financial paperwork handling and accuracy are mandatory.
• Experience posting journal entries and reconciling schedules.
• Knowledge of automotive accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries and reconcile schedules as part of month-end close.
