Job summary

AutomotiveBiller is seeking an accurate automotive accounting clerk to post new, used and wholesale deals to the accounting system and verify that all paperwork and deal jackets are complete.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid general accounting knowledge, the ability to post journal entries, reconcile schedules, and work well in a team; proficiency with Excel and automotive accounting software such as Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds), CDK is required, and weekend/overtime

Qualifications

• Experience posting and reconciling accounting records for automotive deals.
• Ability to post journal entries and reconcile schedules.
• Familiar with lien payoff checks and submitting to lenders.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite and CDK is required.
• Weekend and overtime availability.
