Job summary

AutomotiveBiller is seeking an organized accounting professional to post new, used and wholesale deals to accounting systems. You will review paperwork, ensure complete deal jackets, and issue lien payoff checks to financial institutions.

The role requires accurate reconciliation, posting of journal entries, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced auto dealership environment. Proficiency in Excel and automotive accounting software is essential; experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite and CDK is

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with automotive dealership processes.
• Experience verifying paperwork and deal jackets.
• Ability to post journal entries and reconcile schedules.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proficient in Excel and dealership accounting software.
