Great Lakes Hyundai of Streetsboro is hiring for a Customer Service and Sales Support representative. You will respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and chat; qualify leads; schedule appointments for the sales team; and help convert inquiries into sales while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will collaborate with the sales and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, meet lead-generation goals, provide product information, and handle calls professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
