Job summary

Marhofer Hyundai Inc is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Specialist to manage inbound and outbound communications—phone, text, email, and chat—to schedule and confirm service appointments. You will drive appointment show rates and contribute to a world-class guest experience from first contact through arrival.

The role emphasizes CRM/DMS familiarity, high-volume communication, and proactive follow-up campaigns to recapture opportunities and maximize service lane traffic.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience; automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and DMS scheduling systems and digital communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, guest-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound communications to schedule, confirm, and protect service appointments.
• Book detailed service appointments, check recalls, and reschedule no-shows.
• Coordinate loaner/shuttle needs and advisor workload with managers.
• Conduct proactive outbound maintenance reminders and recall campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in CRM/DMS; report metrics.
