Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Make outbound calls for service follow-up, appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
• Respond to internet and phone leads promptly and direct customers to the right department.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.
• Meet individual appointment-setting goals and collaborate with Service, Sales, and BDC leadership.
