TMV Global Inc in Romulus, MI is seeking a results-driven New Business Development Representative for Automotive ICE powertrain components. You will develop new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and secure opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers and OEMs.

You will lead presentations, manage the full sales pipeline, handle RFQs and negotiations, and travel up to 40% to meet customers and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in automotive or industrial business development and sales.
• Proven experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers and OEM customers.
• Strong knowledge of ICE powertrain components and related parts.
• Hands-on experience with RFQs, pricing, quotations, negotiations, and program awards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new customers, accounts, and opportunities in the automotive sector.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
• Lead customer presentations, sales discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, including RFQs, quotations, sourcing, and program awards.
• Identify new automotive programs and convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with capabilities.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events to generate leads.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and account growth.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
