Job summary

Holler Classic Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk for its corporate accounting group in Central Florida. The role entails daily billing, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close tasks, with collaboration across Sales and Finance to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include processing dealer trades, maintaining schedules, reconciling inventories and supporting license/title work. A high school diploma and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to learn new systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Billing deals, customer payoffs, journal entries and month-end close reporting.
• Assist in billing New/Used/Wholesale/Dealer Trades within two business days.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve issues and respond to customers.
• Verify compliance, process dealer trades, reconcile inventories and schedules.
• Handle license/Title work and perform general clerical duties.
