Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships in Central Florida seeks a Billing Clerk to join the corporate accounting department. You will handle day-to-day billing, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close reporting for deals from our automotive network.

The ideal candidate has dealership accounting experience and is proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Billing deals and customer payoffs, journal entries, and month-end close reporting.
• Assist in billing New, Used, Wholesale, Dealer Trade and Fleet deals within two business days.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance Managers to resolve issues and respond to customer concerns.
• Verify sold units align with deal checklists and company policies.
• Process dealer trades and reconcile accounting schedules weekly.
• Manage commission sheets and inventory reconciliations.
