Responsibilities

• Preparing finance contract packages to be sent to lender
• Processing vehicle lien payoffs
• Filing
• Processing extended warranty contracts
• Managing accounting schedules
• Other general associated duties assigned by management
• Billing New and Used Car Deal.
• Submitting Motor Vehicle paperwork to complete registration(s).
• Plating
• Police book
• Stocking in new and used cars, auction cars
• Posting dmv checks
• Title correction
• Out of state plates motor vehicle
• Duplicate titles
• Help breaking deals down for banks

Qualifications

• Previous Automobile Finance experience required.
• Proven track record in running an automobile billing.
• Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skills
• Strong follow up skills
• Positive attitude.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
