Napleton Volkswagen of Sanford is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department. This role operates in a fast-paced retail environment, handling billing for vehicles sold and coordinating with lenders and internal teams.

Required is automotive billing experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with CDK is a plus; background check and legal age requirements apply.

• CDK experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per state/local law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

• Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold, including profits, receivables/liabilities, and sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or problems in the billing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
