California Motors Direct Corp. is seeking a BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications, set appointments, and support the sales team as the first contact for customers at our Norco, CA location.

You will manage leads, qualify prospects, and drive showroom traffic while reporting to the BDC Manager. The role requires a high school diploma, basic automotive sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in automotive sales, inside sales, call center, or similar.
• Proven prospecting, cold calling, and lead list management experience.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to exceed metrics using consultative selling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with DMS, CRM, MS Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound sales leads via phone, internet, email, and text.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Qualify prospects and guide customers toward dealership visits.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments to maximize showroom traffic.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate customer needs to the sales team for smooth handoffs.
• Stay informed on promotions, incentives, and inventory.
