Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers via phone and email.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work based on department goals.
• Must be able to read, write, and type reports/correspondence.
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Computer literacy, organizational skills, follow-up skills, typing skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Managing internet sales leads, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers' questions.
• Setting appointments for customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives.
• Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software.
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
