Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, call centers or restaurants; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote top-tier customer experience and identify sales opportunities.
• Interact with customers to determine needs for new/used car presentations.
• Collaborate with BDC Manager and team to document leads in the CRM.
• Complete assigned phone calls and follow-up tasks.
• Cross-train for internet lead and phone sales prospecting roles.
• Conduct tours of the sales department and stay informed about product benefits.
