The Ed Napleton Automotive Group, located at Napleton Toyota of Urbana, seeks a diligent BDC/Call Agent Representative to handle internet inquiries and phone leads, generating appointments for the dealership sales team.

This family-owned, large automotive group offers paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and growth opportunities. Applicants will handle calls, follow-ups, and customer outreach to secure sales appointments.

Competenze

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Knowledgeable to call center environment.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per local law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Mansioni

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describe all optional equipment
• Follow up to ensure customer visits the dealership
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
• Other duties as assigned by management
