Qualifications

• Experience in automotive BDC or call center preferred.
• Proficient in phone and written communication.
• Ability to schedule sales and service appointments.
• Comfort with CRM and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule sales appointments and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with sales team and ensure appointments are kept.
• Document conversations and activities in CRM.
• Meet goals for response time and appointments.
