Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls per script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow‑ups and confirm appointments.
• Post scheduled appointments on the BDC board and reschedule no‑shows.
• Notify sales/departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly goals.
